Lora and Leanne are twin sisters that founded Twin Treats Allergy Friendly Source, a nonprofit company, to help educate children and their families on food allergies. Leanne's children have outgrown their food allergies, but Lora still has a child with severe food allergies.
In 2011, after Lora modified and created recipes so her son could enjoy dessert treats and family dinners that where allergy friendly, she decided to publish her first cookbook in hopes that it would help other families facing the same food challenges.
Lora and Leanne continue to write food allergy books for children.
